Level Up Your Summer with iFIT’s Summer Challenge

This summer, every month is a chance for you to level up.

Introducing the Summer Level Up Challenge, a three-month fitness journey designed to help you stay motivated and build momentum all season long. Starting in June and continuing through August, each month builds on the last with more workouts, more trainers, and bigger goals to help you finish the summer stronger than you started.

How It Works

Each month introduces a new Challenge with increasing workout goals and a wider variety of iFIT Trainers and workout styles.

Summer Level Up Challenge: June

You’ll start your summer strong with:

  • 3 iFIT Trainers

  • 4 workouts

  • 80–90 total workout minutes

June is all about building momentum and creating consistency without feeling overwhelming. From here, you’ll progress to more workouts, more iFIT Trainers, and longer duration workouts each month.

Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by June 30, 2026 and you’ll earn this digital reward for your Trophy Case.

Treadmill and elliptical workouts

Walking: Join iFIT Trainers Tommy Rivs, John Peel, and Alex Gregory to kick things off in stunning locations like Mallorca and Mexico. You’ll complete four walking workouts that are 20 minutes long so you can start building toward bigger goals.

Join the June Walking Challenge in the iFIT App

Running: Join iFIT Trainers Knox Robinson, Hannah Eden, and Heather Jenson to kick things off in stunning locations like Portugal and Oregon. You’ll complete four running workouts under 25 minutes long so you can start building toward bigger goals.

Cycling workouts

Cycling: Join iFIT Trainers John Peel, Hannah Eden, and Ashley Paulson to kick things off in stunning locations like Australia and Montana. You’ll complete four cycling workouts that are 24 minutes or less so you can start building toward bigger goals.

Rower workouts

Rowing: Join iFIT Trainers Alex Gregory, Susan Francia, and Toby Massenburg to kick things off in stunning locations like Canada and Montana. You’ll complete four rowing workouts that are 22 minutes or less so you can start building toward bigger goals.

Claim Your June Strength Challenge Workouts in the iFIT App

Complete all three monthly challenges (June, July, and August) and you’ll unlock a special end-of-summer badge to celebrate your consistency and commitment.
