Train With Intention in the Power x Purpose Series
If you’ve ever struggled with consistency or felt like strength programs inside a workout app are too rigid or overwhelming, Power x Purpose was designed for you. Led by iFIT Trainer Hannah Eden, this four-week strength training series meets you where you are in your fitness journey and helps take you wherever you want to go next. With short but effective workouts and the ability to adapt each week to match your goals, this program proves that progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up with intention.
Launching January 26, 2026, this milestone series marks Hannah’s 26th program and reflects the intention and purpose behind every session.
How it works

You’ll train three times a week with workouts clocking in at 30 minutes or less. Using kettlebells, dumbbells, and a mat, you can adjust your training to what works for you. From traditional strength and conditioning moves to mobility and core, you’ll have a robust workout experience and a more sustainable way to train.
Each week follows familiar workout styles like EMOM, AMRAP, intervals, and chippers. The structure will stay the same, but Hannah will mix things up to keep it interesting. The challenge will come from new combinations, where familiar moves are paired in new ways to test your pace, endurance, and mental toughness.
Support for all levels

No matter where you’re starting, you’ll find support at every level. Hannah is joined by two trainers who will demonstrate beginner and intermediate modifications and progressions. This is all about making the moves attainable and accessible.
Over these four weeks, you’ll build confidence, strength, and an understanding of the power of commitment. Hannah will guide you through every move to help you grow as you focus on your fitness goals.
