About the Grand Canyon
This 15-part, beginner program will take you through the Grand Canyon. You’ll get incredible views of this natural wonder in every workout as you move your body alongside iFit Trainer John Peel. Starting at the top of the South Rim, you’ll descend thousands of feet down Kaibab Trail to the Colorado River. Next, you’ll take on steep inclines as you hike back up the other side on Bright Angel Trail. The workouts will help you get acquainted with hiking while you take in the incredible scenery.
John will lead you through a total of 15 hiking workouts in this series. Each workout will cover a section of the Grand Canyon as you hike down and back up again.
