About iFIT Trainer Phil Catudal
After beating leukemia at just eight years old, iFIT Trainer Phil Catudal set out on a path toward a health and fitness-centered lifestyle. Phil’s favorite part of being a trainer is helping people make the connection between their physical and mental wellness. He holds several certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and loves hiking, rock climbing, cooking, learning new languages, and spending time with his wife and kids.

About the Dominican Republic
The Dominican Republic is famous for its stunning beaches and tranquil blue waters, but this Caribbean country is so much more than just its shoreline! With Phil as your guide, you’ll go beyond the beach to tropical jungle trails, a stunning hidden waterfall, and beautiful mountainous meadows. You’ll also visit Santo Domingo’s famous seafront boulevard, National Botanical Gardens, and a historic salt mine as Phil introduces you to the rich history of the Dominican Republic.

About the workouts
This series is perfect if you want to get started on your fitness journey or want to take it easy with some amazing walks through a new place. You’ll ease into your training with some easy strolls before beginning to incorporate interval training and recovery walks into your workouts. Soon, you’ll be pushing yourself in more challenging workouts, where you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of mountains, ocean, and beaches!
