No Quit November Challenge: Stay Consistent with iFIT

November marks the next step in iFIT’s Finish Strong journey, a three-month commitment to staying active and focused through the end of the year. This month, it’s all about perseverance with the No Quit November Challenge.

The end of the year can be busy, but this is your reminder to keep showing up for yourself. These workouts are designed to maintain your momentum with efficient, high-energy sessions that you can fit into any day. From treadmill walks to relaxing yoga, every workout helps you stay consistent in your routine.

You’ve made the commitment; now it’s time to keep going! The Finish Strong journey continues next month with one final push to end the year stronger than ever.

Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by November 30, 2025 and you’ll earn this digital reward for your Trophy Case.

Treadmill and elliptical workouts

Walking: Stay strong this month with walks and hikes! You’ll join iFIT Trainers like Paulo Barreto, Kirstie Ennis, and Dr. Eva Selhub for motivating workouts. Together, you will explore incredible places like Costa Rica, Southern California, and Colorado, all designed to help you commit to your goals.

Cycling workouts

Casual Riding: Cycle your way to fitness, all month long! Ride with iFIT Trainers like Ashley Paulson, Yuri Hauswald, and Nicole Meline as you renew your commitment to your goals. Together, you’ll explore incredible places like Arizona, Montana, and Colorado as you stay strong and keep pushing yourself.
