You can join the Move for 250 Flash Challenge from July 6 through 10, 2026.
How it works
The Move for 250 Flash Challenge is designed to be inclusive of every fitness level, goal, and modality. Complete five workouts on iFIT and celebrate the power of movement in whatever way inspires you most.
Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by July 10, 2026 and to earn this digital reward for your Trophy Case.
