Yes, you can stop receiving messages by either sending “STOP” in the chat or disabling AI Coach in the mobile app settings. Either action will cease all future communications from AI Coach.
To re-engage with AI Coach, simply initiate a new conversation in the in-app chat. This will restart the messaging process.
